1. It is mainly used for cutting off and throttling in pipeline systems or production equipment. Due to the lower friction between the sealing surfaces of this type of valve compared to gate valves, it is suitable for pipelines or devices with large pressure fluctuations and drastic temperature and pressure changes (such as the connection of nitrogen flushing pipelines).
2. The shut-off valve belongs to the forced sealing type valve, so the handle must be forcefully pushed to the fully closed position when opening and closing.
When the medium flows from bottom to top, the fluid is filtered by the through check valve and enters the inner chamber of the through stop valve
When the liquid medium flows through the through check valve from bottom to top, its flow rate decreases and the pressure loss increases;
When solid particles flow through the check valve from bottom to top, the channel becomes narrower due to erosion by the medium, which increases fluid resistance;
6. When the fluid passes through a bidirectional check valve with a filter, it is intercepted inside the filter, thus reducing the resistance loss through the check valve; At the same time, it prevents the occurrence of blockage of solid materials.
